Been taking this probiotic for a little over month. Really have noticed a difference. Haven’t been constipated. Abdominal discomfort almost completely gone. Easier to go, much less pushing needed. I have some scarring due to diverticulitis attacks over a year ago which gave me digestive challenges. Will be ordering more.
